Use of this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified practitioner.

Consultations and treatments

Every listed service begins with a free consultation. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you, and what to expect, is determined with your practitioner. We do not guarantee any specific aesthetic result.

Booking, cancellation and no-show policy

We understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may result in the loss of the booking deposit or a fee of 15%. Future appointments may require a new deposit. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to protect the next client's appointment. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at the clinic's discretion. By booking, you acknowledge this policy.

Referral program

When a client you refer completes a qualifying treatment or package with a pre-tax value of $300 or more, paid in full, and named you at or before their first paid appointment, you each receive a $50 account credit. Credits have no cash value; are non-transferable; cannot be combined with another referral reward, promotion, package discount, membership benefit, gift card purchase, product purchase, tax, gratuity, deposit, cancellation/no-show fee, or consultation fee; and cannot reduce an invoice below $0. One reward is issued to each party per genuinely new referred client, regardless of the number of services purchased. Self-referrals, duplicate client profiles, and members of the same client record do not qualify. The clinic may correct misuse or errors.

Reviews

We ask for honest feedback. We never offer money, discounts, credits, free services, contest entries or referral rewards in exchange for a review.

Text message program

By opting in through our consultation form, you agree to receive text messages from Nu Age Aesthetic about your consultation request, appointments and, if you chose it separately, skincare education and offers. Approximately 2 to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Nu Age Aesthetic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
